With more than 35 years of insurance industry experience, Ron serves as a vital asset to Legend Recovery. His career spans foundational work as an insurance adjuster and extensive hands-on expertise in insurance restoration.
Well-versed in both the Ottawa and Quebec insurance sectors, Ron manages residential, commercial, and industrial losses of all sizes—from minor basement flooding to complex, large-scale property disasters.
Known for his unwavering integrity and respect, Ron ensures every client receives transparent, expert guidance through the recovery process.
Lee Needham
A carpenter by trade, Lee brings a powerful combination of hands-on craftsmanship and elite project management to the team. Before specializing in disaster recovery, he owned and operated his own successful general contracting business for numerous years.
Beyond his technical carpentry expertise, Lee possesses extensive experience managing large-scale commercial and residential losses.
His deep portfolio includes a prominent deployment to the 2016 Fort McMurray wildfires disaster response. Passionate about delivering top-notch workmanship, Lee thrives in challenging environments—proving time and again that no loss is out of his element.
Mikaela Nicholson
Mikaela brings a diverse and highly valuable background in customer service, property management, and small business operations to the team. With five years of experience in the insurance restoration field, she prides herself on her exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
